Chelsea Market

So yesterdays marathon tapas dinner was all made possible by stopping in one building. Yup! The Chelsea Market!. If you live in NYC I would find it had to believe that you have never been there. It is amazing! They have everything there. Wine shops, bakeries, produce markets, a restaurant supply store, the Food Network Studios.. I mean EVERYTHING!
It is a huge complex where OREOS used to be made down in the Meatpacking District. If you haven't been yet PLEASE check it out!!

The crown jewel of the place is The Lobster Place! This place has the best seafood on all of the planet earth.. really it's true! Excluding the ocean of course! As soon as you walk in you are slapped in the face with the smell of the ocean. Thats how you know everything is fresh. If it smelled like fish I would run out and never look back! Anything you want is there, even a sushi bar. That's actually what this post is really about! Next time you are in the mood for some sick sushi, but don't have 200 bucks to go to Megu, head over to The Lobster Place. We were so tired from all the running around in the shops, and we needed some lunch that was quick and cheap. We got some rolls and sashimi. They were BEYOND!!! The best sushi I have ever had in my life!!! Go there now!!! Here is a coupon from they're site.

The love part . . . is the best part.
Everything tastes better and heals better . . . with love.
And my favorite quote:
"If you don't want to put love in all the food you cook then stop cooking... no,seriously.. stop!"
Says it all, Paul....
