I have had a lot of good food in my life. In fact I have had a lot of great food in my life. Sometimes I have even had amazing food. Very rarely do you have the chance to take a bite of something and have it change your life! The All Powerful Sauerkraut!

So It seems that I am the last person on the planet to know about the AMAZING health benefits of Sauerkraut.  To be 100% honest our dog got really sick this week and we were researching how to help him out without having to spend a fortune at the vet's office.
