My colleague Kelly and I were talking the other day about this bread, so I had to get some because I loved it so much as a kid. I just ate 2 pieces toasted with a whole mess of butter, and...well... It was REAL good!
Go get some right now!! It really doesn't get better than this! Here in NYC it is a cold cloudy morning. It's the perfect day for this with your coffee!! Well, Nespresso if you are like me! :)

So It seems that I am the last person on the planet to know about the AMAZING health benefits of Sauerkraut.  To be 100% honest our dog got really sick this week and we were researching how to help him out without having to spend a fortune at the vet's office.
